Peconic Landing is a community dedicated to wellness and vitality. With over 50 fitness classes offered each week, we strive to provide an activity of interest for every member. A wide range of recreation and fitness options are available from walking the beach or nature trails to playing on the bocce or tennis courts or taking classes like tai chi, yoga or Aquacize.

Solarium-Style Pool
Use the natural resistance of water to help tone and condition the body while keeping stress out of your joints. Enjoy swimming in our heated solarium-style indoor pool while benefitting from classes, including Aquacize. Free swim is also available as the pool is open each day. Grab a swim partner or bring the grandkids for a splash.

Aerobics Studio
Classes allow members to join together in a common goal of successful living. Benefit from classes in balance, aerobics, cardio, stretch, and meditation to name a few. Whether seated or standing, our simple yet effective exercises will help increase strength, flexibility and overall health. No prior training required. Classes are offered at multiple fitness levels and will have you feeling results.

Dog Park
A delightful haven for members and their beloved pets. This thoughtfully designed space is the perfect spot for daily exercise and socialization. The dog park encourages an active lifestyle and strengthens the bond between members and their canine companions, bringing a newfound sense of joy and camaraderie to the community.
Pickleball

Walking & Hiking Trails

With nearly six miles of walking trails, you and your pet are sure to enjoy life at Peconic Landing. Join our fitness team for weekly walking groups to take in the scenery, or go for walks or a bike ride at your leisure. Outdoor fitness equipment is sprinkled throughout these paths, adding the option of a full-body workout outdoors. Off-campus outings are offered regularly, with off-campus excursions for kayaking and clamming offered seasonally.

Island’s End Golf Club

The course includes a pro shop, driving range, practice putting green, sand trap & chipping areas, rental clubs, men’s & women’s locker rooms with showers, a restaurant & bar, and beverage cart on weekends. Food and refreshments come at an additional cost to members. Book a tee time with the front desk and enjoy spectacular views of the Long Island Sound and the coastline of Connecticut.
