Bob Syron (President and CEO) and Greg Garrett (COO) had set a 2024 goal to upgrade the community\u2019s entire tech stack. <a href=\"https:\/\/goicon.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Icon<\/a>\u2019s platform was a key component. To maximize ROI, leaders needed a strategy to spur community-wide adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One aspect of that adoption came down to community members\u2019 buy-in.
