As a Life Plan Community or Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), members at Peconic Landing have a variety of living options available to them, depending on the level of care required to ensure that their comfort and individual needs are being attended to.<\/p>

For those residents who require assisted living<\/a>, memory care<\/a>, rehabilitation<\/a> or skilled nursing<\/a> services, Peconic Landing is designed to support those needs, backed by professional medical team on call 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week. As members needs change within the community and they move through different levels of care, our team works with members, their families, and physicians to transition to the most appropriate care setting. Each member\u2019s care is customized for their individual needs and preferences, and delivered around-the-clock by dedicated professionals focused on helping each patient live better.<\/p>

Upon membership, our residents benefit from our award-winning care services at no additional cost. Members of the greater community are welcome to enjoy these services at a per-day rate, when available.
